Should fail if no patches applied

  $ hg qrefresh
  no patches applied

  $ hg qrefresh -e
  no patches applied

  $ hg qrefresh

Should display 'First commit message'

  $ hg log -l1 --template "{desc}\n"

Testing changing message with -m
