procutil: move stdin assignment outside of try-finally block There is an stdin variable in the global scope of this module. And in the `finally` block of this try-finally statement we're checking `if stdin is not None`. Let's make sure we don't confuse code check tools into thinking we want to use global stdin by moving this line of code outside of `try`. This was caught by pytype 2023.11.21 on Python 3.11.2.

Check that the pull logger plugins logs pulls
=============================================

Enable the extension

  $ echo "[extensions]" >> $HGRCPATH
  $ echo "pull-logger = $TESTDIR/../contrib/pull_logger.py" >> $HGRCPATH

Check the format of the generated log entries, with a bunch of elements in the
common and heads set

  $ hg init server
  $ hg -R server debugbuilddag '.*2+2'
  $ hg clone ssh://user@dummy/server client --rev 0

Check the number of entries generated in the log when pulling from multiple
clients at the same time

  $ rm -f server/.hg/pull_log.jsonl
  $ for i in $($TESTDIR/seq.py 32); do
  >   hg clone ssh://user@dummy/server client_$i --rev 0
  > done > /dev/null

  $ wait
  $ wc -l server/.hg/pull_log.jsonl

Test log rotation when reaching some size threshold

  $ cat >> $HGRCPATH << EOF
