wireprotoserver: add version to SSH protocol names (API)
We recently introduced version 2 of the SSH protocol. Like we
did for the peer, we will need to differentiate version 1 and 2
of the server. So, we add version components to the advertised
name of the protocol handler.
Nothing in core looks for the old value. But an extension may.

SSH protocol handler now advertises its name internally as
"ssh-v1" instead of "ssh."

There are a handful of cases here that require renaming a module so it
doesn't overlap with a stdlib module name. There are also some cycles
here that we should still endeavor to fix, and some cycles will be
hidden by deduplication algorithm in the cycle detector, so fixing
these may expose other cycles.
Known-bad files are excluded by -X as some of them would produce unstable
outputs, which should be fixed later.
