tags: use the 'tag' function from the 'tags' module in the 'tag' command

There is No need to go through the 'repo' object method anymore.

  $ hg rm a

  $ hg ci -m m a

  $ mkdir a b

Relative delete:

  $ hg ci -m m ../a

  $ cd ..
