Find changesets by keywords (author, files, the commit message), revision number or hash, or revset expression.
test: make check-py3-compat.py ignore empty code more reliably It couldn't exclude an empty file containing comments. That's why hgext/__init__.py had been listed in test-check-py3-compat.t before "hgext: officially turn 'hgext' into a namespace package".

Mercurial
=========

Mercurial is a fast, easy to use, distributed revision control tool
for software developers.

Basic install:

 $ make            # see install targets
 $ make install    # do a system-wide install
 $ hg debuginstall # sanity-check setup
 $ hg              # see help

Running without installing:

 $ make local      # build for inplace usage
 $ ./hg --version  # should show the latest version
