hidden: support passing --hidden with `serve --stdio`

This currently has no effect since the server code will filter the repository
again. However, it is clearer to put this change in its own changeset.

This will mostly impact ssh peers, clients being now able to pass --hidden when
spawning the server.

See the next changeset for details on how this is going to be used.

Notes for packagers
===================

Mercurial ships a copy of the python-zstandard sources. This is used to
provide support for zstd compression and decompression functionality. The
module is not intended to be replaced by the plain python-zstandard nor
is it intended to use a system zstd library. Patches can result in hard
to diagnose errors and are explicitly discouraged as unsupported
configuration.
