tests/test-hgweb-non-interactive.t

changegroup: don't add a second trailing '/' in dir name

The paths given from treemanifest.dir() already contains the trailing
slash.

Tests if hgweb can run without touching sys.stdin, as is required
by the WSGI standard and strictly implemented by mod_wsgi.
