rhg-status: extract a function for printing pattern file warnings

This will be reused for the warnings produced by the sparse file parsing
functions.

  $ hg init
  $ touch a

  $ unset HGUSER
  $ echo "[ui]" >> .hg/hgrc
  $ echo "username= foo" >> .hg/hgrc
  $ echo "          bar1" >> .hg/hgrc

  $ hg ci -Am m
