histedit: rename `tip` to `topmost`

I expected `tip` to be repo's tip when it was the rewritten set tip. I rename
the variable to the less ambiguous `topmost`.

  $ hg ci -Am m

  $ hg rm a
  removing a/b (glob)
  $ hg ci -m m a

  $ mkdir a b

Relative delete:

  $ hg ci -m m ../a

  $ cd ..
