tests: add a test that demonstrates a bug in rhg status pattern handling

The bug is in [visit_children_set], will be elaborated on in
follow-up changes.

  $ hg ci -Am m
  adding a/b

  $ hg rm a
  removing a/b
  $ hg ci -m m a

  $ mkdir a b
  $ echo a > a/b

  adding a/b

Relative delete:

  $ hg ci -m m ../a
