revset: fix aliases with 0 or more than 2 parameters

The existing code seemed to have incorrect assumptions about how parameter
lists are represented by the parser.

Now the match and replace functions have been merged and simplified by using
getlist().

  $ cat > abortcommit.py <<EOF

  > def hook(**args):
  >     raise util.Abort("no commits allowed")
  > def reposetup(ui, repo):
  >     repo.ui.setconfig("hooks", "pretxncommit.nocommits", hook)

  $ hg init foo
  $ cd foo

  $ hg add foo

mq may keep a reference to the repository so __del__ will not be
called and .hg/journal.dirstate will not be deleted:

  $ hg ci -m foo

  $ hg ci -m foo
