rust-utils: add Rust implementation of Python's "os.path.splitdrive" I also wrote the NT version although I didn't mean to at first, so I thought I would keep it, so that any further effort to get the Rust code working on Windows is a little easier. Mercurial
=========

Mercurial is a fast, easy to use, distributed revision control tool
for software developers.

Basic install::

 $ make            # see install targets
 $ make install    # do a system-wide install
 $ hg debuginstall # sanity-check setup
 $ hg              # see help

Running without installing::

 $ make local      # build for inplace usage
 $ ./hg --version  # should show the latest version
