branchcache: fix the copy code

We copy some internal attribute along too. This should prevent inconsistency in
the resulting branchmap.

  $ hg ci -Am m
  adding a/b

  $ hg rm a
  removing a/b
  $ hg ci -m m a

  $ mkdir a b

Relative delete:

  $ hg ci -m m ../a

  $ cd ..
