tests/test-check-execute.t

tests: rename `test-pull` to `test-pull-network.t`

If is mostly about ssh and http interaction so lets avoid confusion with a
generic `hg pull` test

look for shell scripts with execute bit but not shebang

  [1]

look for non scripts with no shebang

  $ testrepohg files 'set:exec() and not **.sh and not **.py and not grep(r"^#!")'
