run-tests: remove --py3-warnings This Python 2 only mode was to help Python 2 alert when doing things not supported on Python 3. Now that we have test coverage with Python 3, I don't think we need it. Differential Revision: https://phab.mercurial-scm.org/D7978

Mercurial
=========

Mercurial is a fast, easy to use, distributed revision control tool
for software developers.

Basic install::

 $ make            # see install targets
 $ make install    # do a system-wide install
 $ hg debuginstall # sanity-check setup
 $ hg              # see help

Running without installing::

 $ make local      # build for inplace usage
 $ ./hg --version  # should show the latest version
