tests: show skip reason instead of "irrelevant" with unified tests, too

parsehghaveoutput expects just the test output, not the merged test/output,
so for skipped unified tests e.g.:
Skipped test-convert-darcs.t: missing feature: irrelevant
was shown instead of:
Skipped test-convert-darcs.t: missing feature: darcs client

Create a repository:

  $ mkdir t
  $ cd t
  $ hg init

Make a changeset:

  $ echo a > a
  $ hg add a
  $ hg commit -m test

This command is ancient:

  $ hg history
  changeset:   0:acb14030fe0a
  tag:         tip
  user:        test
  date:        Thu Jan 01 00:00:00 1970 +0000
  summary:     test
  

Poke around at hashes:

  $ hg manifest --debug
