wireproto: port pushkey command to wire protocol version 2

It doesn't do output redirection yet. And I'd love to generally overhaul
the pushkey protocol for wire protocol version 2. But this will be a bit
of effort. Let's do it as a follow-up.

a simple plain text format that's easy to read and edit:

It's also convertible to a variety of other formats including standard
UNIX man page format and HTML. You'll need to install Docutils:

  http://docutils.sourceforge.net/

Use the Makefile in this directory to generate the man and HTML pages.
