revlog: fix a regression with null revision

Introduced in the patch which fixes issue3497
Part of that patch was erroneously submitted and it shouldn't be in the code

Failed qimport of patches from files should cleanup by recording successfully
imported patches in series file.

valid patches before fail added to series

  b.patch

  $ hg pull -q -r 0 . # update phase
  $ hg qimport -r 0
  abort: revision 0 is not mutable
