util: fix crash converting an invalid future date to string Post-2038 timestamps cannot be handled on 32-bit architectures. Clamp such dates to the maximum 32-bit timestamp.

  $ hg clone a b
  abort: repository a not found!

  $ hg clone http://127.0.0.1:3121/a b
  abort: error: Connection refused

  $ rm -rf b # work around bug with http clone

Inaccessible source
