revlog: allow reverse iteration with revlog.revs

We often need to perform rev iteration in reverse order. This
changeset makes it possible to do so, in order to avoid costly reverse
or reversed() calls later.

  $ hg init

  $ python -c 'file("a", "wb").write("confuse str.splitlines\nembedded\rnewline\n")'
  $ hg ci -Ama -d '1 0'
  adding a

  $ echo clean diff >> a
  $ hg ci -mb -d '2 0'

  $ hg diff -r0 -r1
  diff -r 107ba6f817b5 -r 310ce7989cdc a
