Find changesets by keywords (author, files, the commit message), revision number or hash, or revset expression.
pager: do not read from environment variable $PAGER is converted to the pager.pager config item. So it's no longer necessary to read $PAGER in ui.pager().

Error: the current ro localization has some rst defects exposed by
moving pager to core. These two warnings about references are expected
until the localization is corrected.
