shelve: directly handle the initial parent alignment Shelve is currently sub-contracting some of its work to the rebase extension. In order to make shelve more independent and flexible we would like shelve to handle the parent alignment directly. After this change, we no longer need to use rebase in shelve. Testing head checking code: Case A-4

Mercurial checks for the introduction of new heads on push. Evolution comes
into play to detect if existing branches on the server are being replaced by
some of the new one we push.

This case is part of a series of tests checking this behavior.
