tests/test-unified-test.t

py3: replace a StandardError reference

This doesn't exist on py3, and the standard way of handling this seems to be to
catch both exceptions.

Test that the syntax of "unified tests" is properly processed

Windows: \r\n is handled like \n and can be escaped:
