debugmergestate: print out null nodes as 'null'

This is so much easier to read than a long string of zeroes, and we're going to
have a lot more of these nodes once change/delete conflicts are part of the
merge state.

Mercurial

Mercurial is a fast, easy to use, distributed revision control tool

Basic install:

 $ make            # see install targets
 $ make install    # do a system-wide install
 $ hg debuginstall # sanity-check setup
 $ hg              # see help

Running without installing:

 $ make local      # build for inplace usage
 $ ./hg --version  # should show the latest version
