revlog: fix a bug where transaction can be aborted partially

Fix a repo corruption bug caused by a partial transaction rollback.

cloning base repo
  $ hg clone a b

  $ cd b

setting up cset to push
  $ hg up null

  $ touch a
different msg so we get a clog new entry
  $ hg ci -Am b

  created new head

pushing
  $ hg push -f ../a
