bookmarks: drop deprecated methods (API)

The ProgrammingError prevents accidental usage of the dict base class methods.

   The following deprecated methods have been removed from bookmarks:
   __setitem__(), __delitem__(), update(), and recordchange().  Use
   bookmarks.applychanges() instead.

The file/directory replacement can only be reproduced on
bzr >= 1.4. Merge it back in test-convert-bzr-directories once
this version becomes mainstream.
