stream-clone: upgrade the error message for bad stream request

The new version if more compact and more consistent with the general Mercurial
usage.

  $ hg ci -Am m
  adding a/b

  $ hg rm a
  removing a/b
  $ hg ci -m m a

  $ mkdir a b

Relative delete:

  $ hg ci -m m ../a

  $ cd ..
