Find changesets by keywords (author, files, the commit message), revision number or hash, or revset expression.
Add missing --mq option to hg log. Since norepo is a string, not a list, the norepo check was matching command names against any substring in norepo. This fix splits norepo into a list of commands.

Basic install:

 $ make            # see install targets
 $ make install    # do a system-wide install
 $ hg debuginstall # sanity-check setup
 $ hg              # see help
