i18n: make sure to include translation of (DEPRECATED)

This patch replaces old "DEPRECATED" msgid by "(DEPRECATED)" if that .po
file does not have "(DEPRECATED)" but have "... (DEPRECATED)".

It is necessary to hide deprecated options correctly.
