node: replace nullid and friends with nodeconstants class

The introduction of 256bit hashes require changes to nullid and other
constant magic values. Start pushing them down from repository and
revlog where sensible.

Requirement for sparse added when sparse is enabled

Client without sparse enabled reacts properly

  abort: repository is using sparse feature but sparse is not enabled; enable the "sparse" extensions to access
  [255]

Requirement for sparse is removed when sparse is disabled

  $ hg debugsparse --reset --config extensions.sparse=

  $ cat .hg/requires
  dotencode
  fncache
  generaldelta
  persistent-nodemap (rust !)
  revlog-compression-zstd (zstd !)
  revlogv1
  sparserevlog

And client without sparse can access
