template: add showbranch template for {branch} Like showbranches, but always yields exactly one branch. Replaces the less correct {branches|nonempty}.

Basic install:

 $ make            # see install targets
 $ make install    # do a system-wide install
 $ hg debuginstall # sanity-check setup
 $ hg              # see help
