obsolete: add an explicit '_succs.copy()' method
Mimic the standard API for copying in the _succs class, it makes the code
slightly cleaner and will be needed later for copying markers at the same time
than copying the list content.
Mercurial's documentation is kept in reStructuredText format, which is
a simple plain text format that's easy to read and edit:

It's also convertible to a variety of other formats including standard
UNIX man page format and HTML. You'll need to install Docutils:

Use the Makefile in this directory to generate the man and HTML pages.
