run-tests: use count to calculate port to use

This will keep threads from using the same server ports

  $ hg init t
  $ cd t
  $ echo a > a
  $ hg add a
  $ hg commit -m test
  $ rm .hg/requires
  $ hg tip

  $ echo indoor-pool > .hg/requires
  $ hg tip
