revset: use getargsdict for sort()

This makes it possible to use keyword arguments to specify per-sort options.
For example, a hypothetical 'first' option for the user sort could sort certain
users first with:

    sort(all(), user, user.first=[e-mail])

Basic install:

 $ make            # see install targets
 $ make install    # do a system-wide install
 $ hg debuginstall # sanity-check setup
 $ hg              # see help

Running without installing:

 $ make local      # build for inplace usage
 $ ./hg --version  # should show the latest version
