revset: also inline spanset._contained in __len__

For consistency with what happen in `__contains__`, we inline the range test
into `__len__` too.

  $ echo 'raise Exception("bit bucket overflow")' > badext.py
  $ abspath=`pwd`/badext.py

  $ echo '[extensions]' >> $HGRCPATH
  $ echo "gpg =" >> $HGRCPATH
  $ echo "hgext.gpg =" >> $HGRCPATH

  $ echo "badext2 =" >> $HGRCPATH

  $ hg -q help help
