help/config: back out 5f2a1ebd6e78 This breaks building manpages, and by association breaks building debs. timeless has a fix coming, but it turns out we'll need to back out 5f2a1ebd6e78 anyway, so just back it out now to fix building packages.

Mercurial
=========

Mercurial is a fast, easy to use, distributed revision control tool
for software developers.

Basic install:

 $ make            # see install targets
 $ make install    # do a system-wide install
 $ hg debuginstall # sanity-check setup
 $ hg              # see help

Running without installing:

 $ make local      # build for inplace usage
 $ ./hg --version  # should show the latest version
