mq: always show relative path to .orig backup

Same as previous commit, but for mq (I would have folded them, but
test-check-commit doesn't like "revert/mq" as a topic and I couldn't
think of a better one).

Set up

  $ hg init repo
  $ cd repo

Try to import an empty patch

  $ hg import --no-commit - <<EOF
  > EOF
  applying patch from stdin
  abort: stdin: no diffs found
  [255]

No dirstate backups are left behind

  $ ls .hg/dirstate* | sort
  .hg/dirstate
