obsutil: rename allprecursors into allpredecessors

Use util.nouideprecwarn because obsstore doesn't have easy access to an ui
object.

The renaming is done according to
https://www.mercurial-scm.org/wiki/CEDVocabulary.

mq may keep a reference to the repository so __del__ will not be
called and .hg/journal.dirstate will not be deleted:
