tests: write hgrc of more than two lines by using shell heredoc

Here document should be readable than repeating echo commands.

  $ mkdir a

  $ hg rm a
  removing a/b (glob)
  $ hg ci -m m a

  $ mkdir a b

Relative delete:

  $ hg ci -m m ../a

  $ cd ..
