templater: load aliases from [templatealias] section in map file

This seems sometimes useful as an alias can be a function, but a template
fragment can't.

  $ chmod 755 foo
  $ hg ci -qAm '755'

reverting to rev 0

  $ hg revert -a -r 0

  $ hg diff --git
  diff --git a/foo b/foo
