test-globalopts: make the test compatible with chg

The test fails when run with the '--chg' option. Therefore, this
commit modifies the test to make it compatible with chg.

Test Plan:
Ran 'test-globalopts.t' with and without the '--chg' option.

  $ hg init
  $ mkdir a
  $ echo a > a/b
  $ hg ci -Am m
  adding a/b

  $ hg rm a
  removing a/b (glob)
  $ hg ci -m m a

  $ mkdir a b
  $ echo a > a/b
  $ hg ci -Am m
  adding a/b

  $ hg rm a
  removing a/b (glob)
  $ cd b

Relative delete:

  $ hg ci -m m ../a

  $ cd ..
