py3: make 'None in lazyancestors' not crash

This looks somewhat weird, but we have callers like 'torev(n) in futurecommon'
around where torev(n) is dictlike.get(n). I could fix callers, but that would
be unnecessarily verbose.

Set up

  $ hg init repo
  $ cd repo

Try to import an empty patch

  $ hg import --no-commit - <<EOF
  > EOF
  applying patch from stdin
  abort: stdin: no diffs found
  [255]

No dirstate backups are left behind

  $ ls .hg/dirstate* | sort
  .hg/dirstate
