keyword: the CVS keyword is $RCSfile$, not $RCSFile$ http://cvsbook.red-bean.com/cvsbook.html#List%20Of%20Keywords Fix default keyword map accordingly. Keep $RCSFile$ for Mercurial backwards compatibility.
