bundle2: introduce a ``addparam`` method on part

We make it easier to add new parameters after the part creation. As for the
``data`` attribute we make sure the part generation has not begun yet.

Test update logic when there are renames

Update with local changes across a file rename

  $ hg init

  $ echo a > a
  $ hg add a
  $ hg ci -m a

  $ hg mv a b
  $ hg ci -m rename
