record: do not include files into changes count
This turns the prompt sequence from something like:
$ examine changes to foo?
$ record change 1/4 to foo?
$ record change 2/4 to foo?
$ examine changes to bar?
$ record change 4/4 to bar?
into:
$ examine changes to foo?
$ record change 1/3 to foo?
$ record change 2/3 to foo?
$ examine change to bar?
$ record change 3/3 to bar?
$ hg init
$ echo This is file a1 > a
$ hg add a
$ hg commit -m "commit #0"
$ ls
a
$ echo This is file b1 > b
$ hg add b
$ hg commit -m "commit #1"
$ hg co 0
0 files updated, 0 files merged, 1 files removed, 0 files unresolved
B should disappear
$ ls
a
