revset: have rev() validate input by repo.changelog.__contains__()

fullreposet.__contains__() will be rewritten in order to support "null"
revision, and "rev()" won't be possible to rely on it.

This backs out eb763217152a, but there is no performance regression now.

a simple plain text format that's easy to read and edit:

UNIX man page format and HTML. You'll need to install Docutils:

Use the Makefile in this directory to generate the man and HTML pages.
