osx: add support for keeping mpkgs
This is a bit of a hack, but I don't really want to mount a dmg during
a test, and I don't see an option with hdiutil to take a dmg and spit
out a folder, so this is what we've got for now.

$ ln -s nothing dangling
avoid tar warnings about old timestamp
$ hg ci -d '2000-01-01 00:00:00 +0000' -qAm 'add symlink'
$ hg archive -t files ../archive

$ hg archive -t zip -p zip ../archive.zip
files
$ cd "$origdir"
$ cd archive
$ readlink.py dangling
dangling -> nothing
tar

$ tar xf archive.tar
$ cd tar
