add --git option to commands supporting --patch (log, incoming, history, tip)
No short -g form, since it would conflict with -g from the graphlog extension.
Basic install:
$ make # see install targets
$ make install # do a system-wide install
$ hg debuginstall # sanity-check setup
$ hg # see help
