files: use ctx.matches instead of ctx.walk

ctx.matches() is an optimized form of ctx.walk() when we don't care about the
state of files on disk.

For a large repo, 'hg files > /dev/null' drops from 3.7 seconds to 2.3.

Mercurial is a fast, easy to use, distributed revision control tool
for software developers.

Basic install:

 $ make            # see install targets
 $ make install    # do a system-wide install
 $ hg debuginstall # sanity-check setup
 $ hg              # see help

Running without installing:

 $ make local      # build for inplace usage
 $ ./hg --version  # should show the latest version
