typing: adjust `mercurial.util.iterlines()` to accept any `Iterable`
In a local pytype run on the extensions, this fixes:

Expected: (iterator: Iterator[bytes])
Actually passed: (iterator: list)
Attributes of protocol Iterator[bytes] are not implemented on list: __next__
